artist's statement

I like to share with others the beauty that I see through
photography. When I travel, I always try to capture the beauty
of the scenery and the people.

I have been doing photography since the 1970s when I used a
Nikon FE 35 mm camera, focusing on wildlife, nature and travel.
When I got into wine education and traveled extensively in the
wine regions of the world, I had an opportunity to photograph
vineyards, beautiful vistas of the wine regions, historic sites
and people.

To capture mages I use a Nikon D200 digital camera. For quick
shots I also use the Canon 600. I print most of the images on an
Epson Stylus PRO 7600 or a Canon PIXMA iP6600D.
I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 for color correction.
